Ilex What?

Ilex Glabra is the botanical term for the inkberry bush, a North American shrub of the holly family, having glabrous leaves and black berries.  ilexglabra.wordpress.com is an attempt to fill one sector of the void left by the disappearance of  the North Adams-based literary non-profit organization known as Inkberry.  You will find here a calendar of literary events:  workshops, readings, discussions, etc. in the Berkshires.  Additional content may be added in time, but our main purpose is simply to keep you informed.
